    Great first time experience. I need the t bar adapter for my Thule roof box.Called no answer so I txt no answer I was in a hurry so drove in and as soon as I got there I get the reply for the txt, this was all with in 10 minutes. I was already talking to one of the amazing staff members at this time and quickly got what I needed. Cant remember his name but both guys there where great seemed like they really knew there stuff. 10 out of 10 recommend.

    This is my second purchase at the store (the other purchase was a cargo box for my Subaru). I purchased a Rocky Mount bike rack and trailer hitch for my E bikes. The service and options and quality could not have been better. It is a night and day difference being able to actually look at the racks, practice lifting them and tilting. Seeing the racks in person and testing the various options is something you simply cannot do online. I am very pleased at the quality and the stability of the hitch and bike rack. Additionally, the fact that they were able to install it for me, gives me peace of mind because, let’s just say, I’m not very handy. I was pleasantly surprised that they had an installation appointment available on a Sunday, which was a godsend and allowed me to actually go down while it was being installed. Of course, the downside of this is I walked through the showroom and saw a whole bunch of other things that I wanted to get. The only quibble might be, and I know this is probably been fixed by the time of this review, but I went to the old location first and did not see a sign on the window, indicating that the store had moved. After the despair wore off, I looked on the Internet to find its correct location, which is 1000 times better because there’s a lot more room for the products to be displayed as well as ample parking.

    Thalia is the best! Great place to buy roof box or rack or hitch accessories. They were one of the few shops with the Wedge 660 on display and available to buy same-day. We got to also compare against all the different sizes and brands. Super nice and helpful staff who know what they’re talking about. We got a great roof box in the end and the staff even helped us put it on our car!

    I had a great experience with my trailer hitch install and bike rack purchase from Road and Rack. I had a bunch of questions when starting my search and reached out to them online. They were extremely helpful in answering my questions quickly and getting the trailer hitch install scheduled. After the install, they walked me through how the whole system worked and explained everything. Super happy with the end result.

    I have been a customer here for 15 years. These guys are great and really know what they are doing. They also told me my roof rack was in great shape and just to remount it on my new Jeep instead of buying a new one. That is awesome. Customer for life!

    Outstanding service! I had them install my roof bike rack and they did an awesome job. To top it all off, they walked me through how to add my bikes to the rack and what parts to store separately to avoid theft. I highly recommend them ...

    Rack N Road was great. Patient, explained everything clearly. Wasn't sure I wanted to put a hitch for my bike rack on my new CR-V, but eventually decided yes, and everything with smoothly with these guys. They were quite a bit less expensive than the Honda dealer, and I think it's a better quality hitch with better installation than I got at U-Haul the last time I put a hitch on my Outback. Although U-Haul is probably the price leader if that's most important to you. My opinion is that Rack N Road is at the ideal combination of good price, quality product, and competent installation.
